Mind Hak is a start-up I created to use advance technologies to help people learn about EQ, mindfulness, self-compassion, emotional violence and ultimately self-regulation. I was primarily researching emotional intelligence, mindfulness and stoicism initially to strengthen my mental state so I would be ready for a potential partner in my life, be a better friend and to prepare myself to travel aboard. While research I was continuously reminded of how important self-esteem loving yourself and essentially that self-compassion is necessary to truly progress in life I learned a lot critical information I had never heard of from studying the information I received after emailing Dr.Brackett, Director of Yale’s Center for Emotional Intelligence. I also learned a great deal about social emotional learning (SEL) and I really wished I had been taught that way growing up.
This blog is to create a resource and help people to access in a succinct way to the knowledge that has help me better myself and those around me. I plan on helping people learn attuentment. effective communication and mindfulness.
